Unlike traditional agencies we don’t make our prices up on the spot, our fees are transparent & fixed with no costly hidden extras. Whether you’re an experienced landlord or doing this for the first time, our services provide the flexibility to be as hands on, or off as needed.

Our products are designed around the rental value of your property and the level of support required.

Our set up fee is £249 INC VAT which covers the referencing of your new tenants, tenancy agreement and deposit collection and registration with the government backed TDS. Our monthly fees can be found below. That is it, nothing hidden!
