Depending on the area in which you live, typical estate agency fees range from 1% - 3%. With this in mind we wanted to create a fee structure that benefited everyone but more importantly was fixed! So regardless of the street or time of the year, our fees remain the same. No hidden fees for floorplans, photos, video, virtual tours, boards, or accompanied viewings - our fees are inclusive of everything, including the VAT.
